All orders are processed and shipped from Guangzhou, China. Please allow extra time to process your order during holidays and promotional seasons.We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don’t ship on weekends.If you need to change or cancel your order, please CONTACT US immediately. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to make any changes.If you just received a shipment notification please allow 1 to 3 business days for the tracking information to update.
